Orders received on a working day will usually be dispatched the next working day but in busy times may take 1-3 working days. We will email you to confirm dispatch. We use the respected industry leader World Pay as our payment gateway ensuring your card details are securely processed. Your card will be charged on the day of dispatch. We also accept payment in the form bank transfer, cheque, postal order and cash. If you want to post payment in cash it is at your risk and we recommend you use Special Delivery.
Out of stock items:
Should a product be out of stock we will inform you via email within 24 hours of the anticipated date, it will be back in stock and ask you whether you would prefer to wait for delivery or cancel your order.
Are shown in our shopping cart before the order is placed. We use 2nd class post or, courier service. Should you need urgent delivery please contact us via email or telephone in order we can arrange the most cost effective delivery possible.
Loss in transit:
On the very few occasions goods are lost in transit we will replace them 7 working days following the date of dispatch .
Should your goods be damaged on arrival we will replace them provided you inform us within 10 working days of receipt. We may ask you to return them, if so, we will refund you the cost of postage to return them to us, or arrange for collection at our expense. In exceptional circumstances we may replace lost or damaged goods if notified after 10 working, days this is however solely at our discretion and you must contact us via telephone or email to discuss the circumstances before attempting to make a claim.
Incorrect goods dispatched by us.
You must notify us within 10 working days of receipt. We may ask you to return the goods if so we will refund the cost of postage or arrange collection at our expense. We will either refund or replace your order including of carriage charge. If you notify us later than 10 working days we may still at our discretion replace or refund your order.
Returns and refunds:
In accordance with the distance selling regulations 2000 you may return goods purchased from Herbaticus Ltd for any reason within 7 days of receiving the goods.In this case you must return the goods to us unopened and in perfect condition. A refund of the cost of the goods, excluding carriage charges, will be sent to you within 30 days.
If you need to return goods to us for any reason more than 7 days after receipt, we may at our discretion, issue you with a credit note or refund, excluding carriage charge, providing that the goods are unopened and are returned in perfect condition within 30 days of the order being placed. We cannot accept any goods back after 30 days.

All orders dispatched to UK addresses (except for The Channel Islands) will be charged the current rate of 20% VAT. A vat invoice will be included with your order. Displayed prices includes VAT
